Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Terms & Conditions

By booking a class with Español con Sandra ("Sandra," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all live 1-on-1 online Spanish classes, whether booked through the calendar, WhatsApp, or the contact form.

2. Booking classes

Classes are booked through our online calendar and confirmed by email. You'll receive a video call link (Zoom or Google Meet) ahead of your scheduled time. It's your responsibility to join on time — classes begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of when you connect.

3. Pricing

• 25-minute class: $10 USD
• 50-minute class: $20 USD

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price change will apply to new bookings only — classes already booked and paid for keep the price you paid.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a class with at least 12 hours' notice before the scheduled start time, at no extra cost, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 12 hours' notice will be handled case by case — message on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

5. Refund Policy

• Before the class: full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellation: cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at Sandra's discretion.
• No-shows: if you don't join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the class is forfeited and non-refundable.
• Technical issues on our side: if a class can't happen due to a connectivity or platform issue on Sandra's end, you'll be offered a free rescheduled class or a full refund, your choice.
• Unused package sessions: for multi-class packages, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase; sessions already taken are non-refundable.

To request a refund, message spanishwithsandram@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Student conduct

Classes are a respectful, focused learning space. Sandra reserves the right to end a class early, without refund, in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or conduct that makes the session unsafe or unworkable.

7. Liability

Classes are provided for educational purposes. While we aim for consistent quality, we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes, as language progress depends on many factors including your own practice outside of class.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to book and deliver classes (name, email, and scheduling details) and to send optional learning resources you've signed up for. We do not sell your personal information.
